As a non-native English speaker, I was a bit concerned about communication, but Melanie understood me perfectly, even from halfway across the world. She was incredibly patient, clear, and kind throughout the entire process. It’s rare to feel like someone truly works for you, but that’s exactly what I experienced. Melanie went above and beyond to help me not only with my rental insurance but also with insuring my two cars—and even managed to secure discounts for all of them! "I'll never enjoy being cold called to buy more insurance - but in this, perhaps singular, situation, I'm glad I was, and Itzel was as nice as she needed to be. They helped clarify to me how I wasn't currently covered under my family's homeowner insurance policy, and that I still needed renters to have my belongings covered. Overall, ended up saving me money on my existing auto insurance (with them), and overall, by adding on an Umbrella policy."
